Develop and support Akron's new Emergency Operations Center (EOC), where City division heads collaborate to coordinate a unified response to large-scale or long-term emergencies.
Why is This Important
When a major emergency hits, a coordinated response saves lives and reduces disruption. The EOC gives City leaders a dedicated space to work together in real time, ensuring faster and more organized action when it matters most.
