Completed Phase 1 of the Rubber City Heritage Trail, a 6-mile multi-use trail connecting Akron neighborhoods.
Completed in-depth reconstruction of E Exchange St. in 2025.
Implemented speed limit reductions on three high-injury network roads: Diagonal Rd., Archwood Ave., and Lovers Ln.
Secured $8M in AMATS funding in 2026 for Rubber City Heritage Trail Phase 4, Waterloo Road improvements, and E Exchange St. resurfacing.
Piloted rubber and asphalt speed tables on Triplett Blvd., Hilbish Ave., and Lovers Ln.
Implemented an intersection safety change at Diagonal Rd. and Superior Ave.
Received two Safe Streets for All grants totaling $744,000 and $500,000 in Clean Ohio Trail Funds for the Akron Peninsula Trail.
