Initiative Wins
Brought the residential leaf composting program in house in 2025, reducing contracting costs and producing mulch and topsoil used by the Public Works department.
Completed the annual Recycle Right program in 2025 with Keep Akron Beautiful to provide residents with personalized recycling feedback.
Updated curbside recycling guidance and communications.
